I can not speak highly enough about Kirsty at Kivotos of Aegean, Kirsty made our wedding magical and it was such an enjoyable experience from start to finish. From the first moment we spoke on Skype, she totally put us at ease, so approachable and down to earth. Kirsty listened to what we were looking for and the options she gave us were fabulous. The budget we had was not massive, so it's amazing how she achieved the dream. From the venue to the food, make up artist hair stylist, photographer Kirsty got it all right. She got to know us personally and I feel a big connection with her. It makes me emotional just thinking about how she made our day the most magical day of our lives for us and our guests.

Thanks to Kirsty , we had the most beautiful, amazing wedding on Santorini this month. Finding a wedding planner for a destination wedding is a little nerve wracking, but I settled on Kirsty with Kivotos after sending out many emails to different planners. She was so prompt at responding to my emails, and this always remained the case. Everything she told us was spot on, and all of her recommendations were perfect! Not only did she plan the wedding and reception, she also arranged for a separate cooking class for a smaller group of the wedding party, a WONDERFUL cruise the day before the wedding with Sailing Santorini Cruises, and a beautiful brunch at the Sky Lounge in Kamari. We had the reception at the Sphinx restaurant in Fira, and she did an amazing job decorating the place. The wedding was more than I had ever dreamed.
She made us feel like we were the only 2 people on the island having a wedding for the week we were there, and prior to this, we felt like we were her top priority. I would recommend Kirsty to anyone who wants to have a wedding on Santorini, hands down!

There is a wedding planner in Santorini who stands head and shoulders above the competition – her name is Kirsty. Even if you find a cheaper wedding planner in Santorini – make the investment and work with Kirsty of Kivotos of Aegean.
Nothing is too much trouble for Kirsty and she will hit the ground running with whatever enquiry/request you throw her way. She is friendly, bubbly, efficient and truly dedicated to her bride and groom.
We had complete confidence in Kirsty and trusted her wholeheartedly with the planning and organising of our special day. From start to finish Kirsty took meticulous care of every detail to ensure our special day was completely magical and went like clockwork which allowed me, my (now) husband and our guests to completely relax and enjoy the day.
Prior to the wedding an issue arose with my birth certificate which meant there may have been a possibility that we couldn’t get married if the paperwork was not sorted on time. On the day I found out I was a wreck (it was the same day all of our guests have paid their final instalment of their holiday). I sent an email to Kirsty briefing her on what had happened. Kirsty phoned me immediately and where others had failed (including my husband) Kirsty managed to calm me down and took charge of matters from her end to find a work around. And guess what …she did! Believe me, you want this woman on your team.
Another point to mention, just to give further testament to Kirsty’s ability and professionalism, our wedding and reception were both being held outside, in the days leading up to the wedding the island experienced unbelievably heavy rain. Kirsty never mentioned it to us (it was only as I asked after the wedding what would have happened if it had rained on the day) and she had already secured alternative venues if required.
Kirsty has knack of making you feel like you are her only client.

Kirsty was our wedding planner for our recent wedding in May and we are so glad we chose her to help make our day as fabulous as it was! In the early stages of looking for a planner Kirsty was instantly the one I felt most at ease with, very friendly and suggesting a Skype call to talk things through, I knew from this point that nothing would be too much trouble. We visited Santorini shortly after and spent a day with Kirsty visiting the venues, meeting our photographer and doing some food tasting, all of which we really enjoyed and added to the experience for us. We also met up again when we arrived on the island for the wedding to run through any final details and then I could relax and look forward to the big day. Just hours before the wedding a thunder storm hit, while I was very stressed Kirsty was on the phone and had two back up plans very quickly, luckily we took a risk as the weather looked like it was going to clear and from the moment I stepped outside the weather was perfect. From then on the day was amazing, we had a brilliant day and we could see that our guests had a brilliant day too with a lot of them saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to!

Everyone we interacted with at Kivotos was extremely professional and far exceeded my expectations. Kirsty, our main contact and wedding planner, was everything we could have asked for, and more. It's hard to place your trust, especially when planning an overseas event but she simply made our wedding. She was on top of everything from day one, very responsive, and had total control over our entire event. We had a few issues arise through the process - our original ceremony venue fell through (from the venue's side) and one of our party favors arrived damaged - and Kirsty remained in total control and we didn't have to worry. She made sure everything ultimately worked out without a hitch. Everyone's demeanor was always professional and uplifting. They genuinely love what they do, and celebrate your occasion with you!

Other examples of the Kivotos team going above and beyond to ensure our experience: 
- Kirsty had secured our transport from the airport to the hotel complementary, and my sister and mother were to travel with us. My sister arrived on the same flight as me and my husband, but my mother's flight was delayed. One of the drivers offered to stay (and did stay) at the airport with my sister for another hour to wait for my mother's flight and ultimately drove them both to our hotel, at no charge. This was a huge relief for us!
- On the day of our wedding, the wind picked up pretty quickly and some of our guests became cold. Maria, one of the other coordinators, offered (and did provide) her own personal pashminas and scarfs from her house, so that everyone was comfortable. It was extremely considerate! 
Overall, we remain extremely impressed with Kivotos and highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for utmost professionalism and peace of mind for their special event.

Couldn't have asked for a better wedding team to pull off the wedding of my dreams! In addition to wedding planning, Kirsty and her team helped organize our group activities and our honeymoon. Kirsty went above and beyond our expectations. She was very attentive to my needs and it showed in her prompt and detailed email correspondences. I highly recommend Kivotos of Aegean for wedding planning AND travel accommondations. I definitely plan on using them for vacation travel arrangements next time I go to Europe!

We couldn't have asked for more from our wedding planners! When planning a wedding in a country that's not your own it's important to have support and guidance and Kirsty and Maria were just amazing!
Nothing was too much for them and they made us feel like we were the only wedding they were planning!
If you are thinking about getting married to Santorini then do it as it really is the most amazing wedding venue ever and look no further for 1st class wedding planners!

My husband and I used Kivotos of Aegean wedding planners to plan our wedding in May of this year and we cannot recommend them highly enough! From the very start of the process Kirsty took all of the stress out of planning a wedding, which made the whole experience fun and exciting.
We wanted something special but a relaxed and laid back wedding, which is exactly what we got! The standard package offered includes.
All that you need for a very reasonable price but there is the option to add extras e.g. Help with organising and translating the documents needed. Everything from the venues (santos winery and then Pyrgos restaurant) to the flowers, transport, reception decoration, photographer, food and wine was just as we asked for. Kirsty was always available to help throughout the whole process and would bend over backwards to make sure everything was perfect.
My friends and family all said that I was the most relaxed bride they had seen but I think that was because Kirsty took all of the stress away and made the whole experience one which we will cherish forever!

Kivotos made planning my wedding easy, fun and stress free. Good communication. Easy to get a hold of (considering I live in Canada), they have the greatest staff, and they have tons of great decorating ideas.
Also, their knowledge of the island and different locations was definitely very helpful.

I was married in Santorini on the 30th August Kirsty was my wedding planner for my special day. She has was nothing but the best from the start, she is professional but also someone you can call a friend. I love that she is honest with you and gives her true opinions. I felt so relieved and at ease knowing that Kirsty is there for me throughout all the planning. She was amazing on the day of our wedding and the days leading up to it. She kept me informed of all occurrences and i always felt in control and stress free. On the day of my wedding she was so professional and on the go all day. She made sure everything was done the way i wanted it. And the Church and reception venue was stunning. She took care of all the details through out the night, i didn't have to think about anything she made sure everything ran as planned and was fun. Every detail whether it was big or small was taken care of. She always consulted me before decisions were made or changed. If you are planning a wedding in the beautiful island of Santorini look up Kirsty you will not regret it.

From the first point of contact (Jan 2014) we were impressed with how quickly Kirsty and Maria responded to us, usually within 24 hours, whether it via email or Skype from our home in Australia. The amount of time and effort Kirsty and Maria put in was unbelievable, even the most minor details were remembered to ensure our wedding was everything we hoped for.
The fee we were charged by Kivotos Santorini to engage their services was minimal in comparison to the value we received from their careful planning and advice and trust me, you won't understand until after the wedding day just how well priced their service actually is.
We were married in a Greek Orthodox ceremony at Agios Anastasis in Imerovigli followed by a reception at Dana Villa's in Firostefani. We had 12 guests.
Kirsty and Maria helped us arrange and implement the appropriate paperwork for an orthodox wedding, booking of the church / priest we preferred, the Dana Villas reception venue which is amazing! Arrangement of the table settings, selecting a photographer, flowers + bouquet and DJ services with lighting candles etc.
Kirsty, Maria and the priest met with my wife and I the day before the wedding. 
The day after the wedding Maria drove us to the town hall to lodge the wedding documentation and upon arriving home in Australia about 4 weeks later, the wedding certificate was in the mail!
The one thing I suggest is choose your photographer wisely, we chose one of the more affordable photographers because my wife's sister is a photographer in Australia. In the end this was the wrong decision, her photo's were better with a compact camera then the person we paid. Choose a more expensive photographers (vangelis etc) to not be disappointed.
We cannot thank Kivotos of Aegean Santorini Wedding Planners enough! For a phenomenal experience that you and your guests will never forget, I highly recommend using their services.
